#1. SheiKra, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, Florida

A floor-less coaster that takes you 200 feet above the ground and leaves you hanging there! You keep waiting for the drop and then, suddenly it happens. And you can do nothing, but shout in excitement and thrill.

The coaster takes its name from an Asian-African hawk, Sheikra, which is known for its vertical dive. Imagine taking that dive with no support underneath your feet.

#2. Hulk, Universal Orlando Resort, Florida

The coaster is named after one of the maddest superheroes from Avengers team, Hulk.

Just as the character itself, the coaster gets aggressive within a few seconds. Instead of a conventional slow chain lift, the coaster launches itself and attains the speed of 64km/hr within two seconds.

Yes, you would not even get the time to prepare yourself for the drop. The green tracks and fast speed make you feel like you are being pulled by the Hulk himself.

Kraken is free from Poseidon’s cage and is taking over the world by taking humans through inversions and deadly drops.


With a lot of loops and inversions (really, a lot!) and the water, you will feel like your coaster is running on the never-ending tentacles of the beast.

Cannibal is the newest and scariest attraction at the Lagoon Amusement Park in Utah. Imagine, a coaster that takes you 208 feet high only to end in a deadly vertical drop followed by an underground tunnel, which is 20-feet deep.


The ride makes you feel like you are indulging in acrobatics, and will last for a good two and a half minutes. The speed of the coaster is 110km/hr.

Thirteen or Th13teen has no great inversions or deadly drops, then why is it scary? Well, this coaster is literally scary as it is based on the horror movie ‘Th13teen ghosts’.

With the vertical freefall drop on the track that looks weak (deliberately, though) and the dark scary room with tricks from the movies, Th13teen makes one helluva scary ride!

The coaster is 137-feet high and reaches the speed of 97km/hr. It has a lot of 360-degree turns, and the ride finally ends in a figure eight turn.

The wing trains of the coaster make it a real bird and the speed provides it thunder. The ride begins with some artificial mist and shoots straight at the speed of 97km/hr within 3.5 seconds.
